At the center of CrossCom National’s Maintenance & Refurbishment Services is Express Restore™ — a comprehensive refurbishing program that enables retailers to efficiently extend the lifecycle of all their in-store assets. Express Restore helps retailers to get the most out of their  technology investments by reducing downtime and drastically minimizing the need to purchase brand-new store assets.

Express Restore augments CrossCom National’s general service and maintenance capabilities, which can be arranged on a contract basis (similar to an automobile warranty program), or on a ‘time-and-materials’ basis. CrossCom National's experienced technical support personnel are available 24 x 7 x 365 to find the right approach for delivering rapid repairs with a minimum of cost and downtime.

  • When your call comes in, we follow a troubleshooting procedure to determine if the problem can be fixed over the phone, or by sending material to your site.
  • If not, we dispatch a technician to your site to perform the repair.
  • Once on site, the technician determines whether additional equipment is necessary for the repair.
