CrossCom National Names New Vice President, Project Management
Buffalo Grove, Illinois, July 1, 2006CrossCom National, LLC, an industry leader in retail voice, POS, data and wireless solutions, has appointed Rena Thompson as its new Vice President, Project Management. Ms. Thompson will be responsible for the operational and strategic aspects of CrossCom National’s Project Services Division, including large-scale technology implementations.
Ms. Thompson’s professional experience includes more than 25 years directing the implementation, deployment and process development of information and communication technologies. “Rena’s proven leadership abilities provide the ideal fit for this position and our company,” said Greg Miller, President and CEO of CrossCom National. “She will ensure the highest standards of quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.”
Ms. Thompson will also direct the training of CrossCom National’s Project Service Team Coordinators, as well as process development, including streamlining the project management procedures and methodology.
