Office Consolidation and New Facility Features to Improve Efficiency and Customer Service
Update: As of February 18, 2008, CrossCom National has moved into its new facility at 900 Deerfield Parkway, Buffalo Grove, IL.
Buffalo Grove, ILLINOIS (January 31, 2008)
CrossCom National, a leading single-source provider of voice, point-of-sale, data and wireless retail solutions, today announced plans to combine its Buffalo Grove and Hanover Park branches and move into a new, state-of-the-art facility. CrossCom National will begin operating at the new facility at 900 Deerfield Parkway, Buffalo Grove, in February, 2008.
The office consolidation will enhance CrossCom National’s ability to centralize and integrate its operations in order to provide excellent customer service. Personnel will continue to work together to respond to the company’s extensive nationwide customer base with improved efficiency.
The new facility features an increased-capacity call center and a climate-controlled environment for optimal equipment repair, imaging, assembly, integration and staging. An upgraded data center will offer an enhanced infrastructure, providing network and circuit redundancy for increased system reliability. Diesel generators will ensure operational continuity during power outages.
