CrossCom National focuses on the installation and maintenance of the following technologies:
- Data: POS-wire line and wireless, DSU/CSU, firewall, VPN, VOIP, LAN/WAN, converged networks, DSL, Ethernet, remote access concentrators, file servers, mail servers, and UPS
- Voice: key systems, messaging and voicemail systems, paging, and IVR (interactive voice response) systems
- Structured Cabling: BICSI, Siemens, and RCDD
- Retail Automation: POS, scanners, time and attendance, traffic counters, PCs, peripherals, and kiosks
We are seeking Field Service Representatives (FSR) who are qualified, equipped, and available to ensure that all aspects of our retail solutions are implemented properly.
