CrossCom National has implemented a strategic business plan to begin operation of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model to support the company’s recruiting needs.

We have an exclusive partnership with a primary vendor for direct hire needs and another existing partnership for temporary staffing/temp-to-hire needs. These exclusive partnerships prevent us from taking on new agencies and CrossCom National will not honor the submission of unsolicited resumes by other agencies or independent recruiters.

If you are interested in becoming a secondary vendor for this RPO program, please contact our primary vendors directly:

In addition to contacting our RPO vendors you are welcome to submit information about your firm to recruitinginfo@crosscomnational.com. Please refrain from forwarding e-mails or phone calls to our management team as all vendor research and selection is evaluated by the HR department and CFO. This information is collected centrally and distributed to the Hiring Managers and HR team as appropriate.

The information you forward should include:
  • Contact information including your web site address
  • Services you provide/type of firm
  • Whether or not you are willing to act as a secondary vendor to our RPO partners.
  • Whether or not you are willing to execute searches on a fixed fee basis
  • Reference the competitive companies you have executed searches for in the last 12-18 months and list the relevant searches you have executed in the last 12-18 months
  • Highlight which competitors you have a hands-off/ off- limits agreement with that will prevent you from sourcing potential talent for us

Before submitting your information we encourage you to use the search jobs function to view current open requisitions before e-mailing us and list the positions you believe you can be successful in executing against. Please be specific and we ask that you do not tell us that "you can do everything." Also, be advised that not all posted positions are approved for search fees.

Note: Unsolicited resumes presented to any employees at CrossCom National without a signed contract in place will not be honored. Contracts can only be signed by the CFO.

We do appreciate you taking the time to introduce your firm and your interest in exploring how we might partner on future recruiting projects.

Contract Recruiters: please use the search jobs function and apply directly to the Contract Recruiter Requisition. This requisition is an open-ended posting so that we have access to your contact information and credentials allowing us to reach out to you as contract opportunities present themselves based on business need. There may or may not be a contract opportunity at the time that you actually submit your credentials. You can also contact our RPO vendors to explore recruiting opportunities directly with them.

Campus Recruiting: Career Services

At the present time we do not have a formalized campus recruiting program but encourage you to keep us in mind. We ask that you send your students to our career center to use the search jobs function and apply directly.

If you are from the Careers Center at an undergraduate, MBA, PhD, advanced degree program, or trade/vocational school, etc. and would like to invite CrossCom National to participate in on-campus recruiting events please submit your information to recruitinginfo@crosscomnational.com. This information is collected centrally but is distributed to applicable Hiring Managers and Recruiting/HR team members.

Detail should include:

  • University
  • Affiliated school/program
  • Careers Center website
  • E-mail address we can reply to you with
  • Nature of your inquiry
