Medical
Employees have the option of choosing from two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans. These plans are offered by a trusted, national leading healthcare insurance company with a comprehensive provider network.
Dental
Employees may elect to enroll in a PPO option for their dental coverage benefits. Our plan offers customary coverage with higher benefit coverage when utilizing an in-network dentist versus an out of network provider.
Vision
We offer our employees a vision plan with an extensive national network of optometrists and vision care specialists that provides annual coverage for exams, lenses, and contacts.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Our employees have the opportunity to participate in a Health Care Spending Account and a Dependent Care Spending Account. These plans allow you to put aside pre-taxed dollars to reimburse yourself for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare and dependent daycare expenses incurred during the year.
Disability and Salary Continuance
In the event that an employee is unable to work due to an illness or injury that occurred outside of work, CrossCom National’s short-term and long-term disability plans offer financial protection during these periods to assist you in meeting your financial obligations. This benefit is made available to our employees after one year of service at no cost to the employee.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Life & AD&D)
CrossCom National’s life and AD&D insurance provides financial protection in the form of a cash benefit in the event that you suffer a serious accident or death. Employees also have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouse, or children at a discounted group rate.
Retirement
401K Savings Plan
The CrossCom National 401(k) Savings plan allows you to prepare and save for the future on a tax-deferred basis through convenient payroll deductions. This retirement savings plan offers investment options for every type of investor. You choose how to invest among many investment options that offer various levels of risk and return. Our provider has exceptional web-based enrollment, planning and account management tools so you can optimize this benefit.
Learning and Development
Educational Reimbursement
We offer grade based financial assistance for approved outside educational courses that will help enhance your job-related knowledge and skills. Eligible employees who attend an accredited university and are participating in a degreed program that is relevant to our work place may be considered for this program after completing 6 months of full time service.
Work Life Benefits
Time Off and Holidays
We recognize that time away from work helps achieve a balance of personal and professional goals.
Full time employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period based on years of service. Your PTO can be used for vacation, illness (yours or a family member), medical necessity or “just because” (personal time) each calendar year.
Part-time employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) at a reduced rate.
In addition to PTO, employees receive 7 regular paid holidays each year.
Health/Fitness Assistance
CrossCom National believes in partnering with our employees who value a commitment to fitness. The Company will reimburse participating employees up to $40 per month for membership dues at a health club or fitness facility of their choice, or for fees associated with a specific health related fitness activity or class such as yoga, kick boxing, Pilates, or karate.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
CrossCom National provides EAP services at no cost to our employees for confidential counseling and referrals for personal, family, financial, health or work related support. This program is supported by trained professional counselors. Resources can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Community
Matching Gift Program
Many of our employees volunteer their time and make financial donations for non-profit organizations. Upon 6 months of service, employees may request matching gift donations for qualified non-profit, civic and service minded organizations. Some examples include schools, hospitals, cultural institutions, civic organizations, and national charities.
