Managing the company by instilling values across the organization


Greg Miller
CEO and President

Greg Miller Greg has been the President and CEO since July of 2001. Prior to that time, he was the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all operations, technical, logistics, sales, and marketing functions at CrossCom National. During his time with the company, Greg has been the catalyst and closer on key business partnerships that leverage CrossCom National’s industry expertise to a wide spectrum of customers and capabilities. Before joining CrossCom National, Greg was an independent business owner and also served in the United States Air Force.

Greg's academic credentials include Harvard Business School certification from the Advanced Management Program, a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from DeVry University.
Mark Hussey
Chief Financial Officer

Mark Hussey Mark has attained a long list of credentials and achievements since he began his career in public accounting in 1984. He held positions at the Quaker Oats Company and was a key player in the initial public offering of Dominick's Finer Foods in 1996. He subsequently led the financial integration of Dominick's following the acquisition by Safeway in 1998. Most recently, he held the position of CFO at Information Resources, a syndicated data and custom market research company, where he was instrumental in the success of its strategic turnaround.

Mark earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Patrick Gaynor
Senior Vice President, Sales

Pat Gaynor Pat has been a leader in the sales team for the past eight years. Prior to joining the sales team, Pat held roles in the management of CrossCom National’s service and project operations, where he was responsible for developing many of the processes through which CrossCom National serves its customers today. Pat’s wide range of experience allows him to identify customer issues and challenges. He has a unique understanding of how to apply CrossCom National solutions to a customer problem for a mutually beneficial result, and has been instrumental in both the development and enhancement of CrossCom National’s retail solutions program.
