Managing the company by instilling values across the organization


Greg Miller
CEO and President Greg Miller

Greg has been the President and CEO since July of 2001. Prior to that time, he was the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all operations, technical, logistics, sales, and marketing functions at CrossCom National. During his time with the company, Greg has been the catalyst and closer on key business partnerships that leverage CrossCom National’s industry expertise to a wide spectrum of customers and capabilities. Before joining CrossCom National, Greg was an independent business owner and also served in the United States Air Force.

Greg's academic credentials include Harvard Business School certification from the Advanced Management Program, a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from DeVry University.


Tim Walter
Chief Information Officer Tim Walter

Tim Walter joined CrossCom National as Chief Information Officer in June, 2007. He is responsible for the day-to-day planning, development and delivery of both internal and external client technology for the CrossCom community.

During his career, Tim has held a number of key leadership positions in such distinguished companies as ServiceMaster, Zurich American Insurance, Ameritech and Arthur Anderson. Mostly recently, Tim served as Director of E-Commerce/Web Development and Infrastructure at Uline Shipping Supplies, where he was instrumental in managing the technology responsible for the company's explosive growth.

In addition to over 20 years of information technology experience, Tim holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics and Computer Science from Valparaiso University as well as a Master's Degree with Distinction in Software Engineering and Project Management from DePaul University.


Ike Barfield
Chief Financial Officer Ike Barfield

Ike Barfield was named Chief Financial Officer for CrossCom National on July 25, 2011. His primary responsibility is to provide financial leadership for the company. Ike comes to CrossCom with a solid background in financial management and control.

Most recently retained by such companies as MGI Manufacturing, inc., Martinez Manufacturing Inc. and Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, a premier restructuring and financial advisory firm to the middle market, Ike has an impressive background in favorably impacting company operating performance. He has also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Dupage Die Casting Company and as Controller for Gilson Brothers Company.


Martin Pond
Vice President of Operations Martin Pond

Martin Pond, a decorated Officer of the United States Army with an outstanding record of over 26 years of military and civilian experience in global operations management joined the CrossCom National Management Team on January 23, 2012 as Vice President of Operations. His proven track record of improving efficiency and ensuring the maximum utilization of all assets is particularly valuable for CrossCom’s focus on driving out unnecessary costs while delivering quality service to its customers.

Martin holds a Master of Science Quality Process Management from the National Graduate School, Falmouth, MA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA. He achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the National Graduate School, Falmouth, MA.


Patrick Gaynor
Executive Vice President, Sales Pat Gaynor

Patrick Gaynor has been a leader in the sales team for the past eight years and has 14 years of experience at CrossCom National in various roles. Pat's experience has encompassed working across a wide range of retail segments and customers. As a result of this unique industry experience, Pat is able to effectively apply CrossCom National solutions to customer problems for mutually beneficial results in many different retail environments.



John Blessing
Vice President, Strategic Solutions John Blessing

John Blessing rejoined the CrossCom Team in 2011 as Vice President Strategic Solutions. Drawing from over 20 years of experience in building and successfully implementing vital solutions and partnerships, John is responsible for developing key relationships for CrossCom with national retail decision makers to assist them in reducing their in-store asset management costs.

John has held a number of senior sales leadership positions in the business services and technology segments with such companies as GE Capital, Accelio, McAfee and Jayhawk Acceptance Corporation. He also served as CEO of a business consulting firm responsible for providing lead generation, go to market strategy and sales management services for organizations in financial services, software, technology, oil and gas exploration and internet services segments.

John holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kalamazoo College.
